KoreaVerify provides digital supplier evidence packs reports for overseas buyers who want to review Korean supplier information before making a payment. By ordering a report, you agree to these terms.
1. Service provided
We prepare manual English-language reports based on public sources and buyer-submitted materials, such as supplier websites, product pages, invoices, bank beneficiary details, emails, screenshots, and other relevant documents.
2. Not a guarantee
The report is an informational business research summary only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, compliance, KYC, AML, or fraud-prevention advice. We do not guarantee that a supplier is safe, solvent, authorized, legitimate, or fraud-free.
3. Information we cannot access
We do not access private bank records, tax filings, police or prosecutor records, financial institution KYC files, private government databases, non-public shareholder records, or any information that is not legally available to us or provided by the buyer.
4. Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate supplier details and reviewing the report before making any payment or business decision. You should perform your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.
5. Report outcomes
Reports may include results such as Verified, Verified with limitations, Needs further verification, High risk, or Unable to verify. A limited or negative result is still a completed report if the review work has been performed.
6. Delivery
Reports are delivered digitally by email. Delivery time may vary depending on the completeness of supplier information and buyer-submitted documents.
7. Contact
