KoreaVerify collects only the information needed to process payment, perform the requested supplier evidence packs report, communicate with the buyer, and keep operational records.

1. Information we collect

We may collect buyer email, selected plan, supplier name, supplier website, business number if provided, invoice issuer, bank beneficiary, notes, order status, Paddle checkout/payment references, and documents or images submitted by email.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create the order, process payment through Paddle, review supplier information, prepare the digital report, contact the buyer, prevent misuse, and maintain basic business records.

3. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Paddle may process payment, tax, invoice, and buyer information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Buyer-submitted documents

You should not send passwords, bank login credentials, unrelated personal information, or unnecessary sensitive data. Mask unrelated personal data where possible before sending screenshots or documents.

5. Sharing

We do not sell buyer or supplier information. We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, comply with law, process payment, or deliver the requested report.

6. Retention

We retain order and report-related information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, dispute handling, accounting, legal compliance, and operational records.
