KoreaVerify sells manual digital supplier evidence packs reports. Refund eligibility depends on whether the review work has started, whether the submitted information is usable, and whether a report has already been completed.

1. Eligible for refund

If we cannot start the review because the supplier details are unusable for evidence generation and the buyer cannot provide clarification, we may cancel and refund the order.

2. Clarification first

If information is incomplete, we may ask the buyer for additional supplier details, documents, screenshots, or invoice/payment information before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.

3. Not usually refundable after work starts

Once evidence pack generation work has started or a report has been delivered, the order is generally not refundable. This includes reports with outcomes such as Verified with limitations, Needs further verification, High risk, or Unable to verify.

4. Duplicate or mistaken orders

If you placed a duplicate order or selected the wrong plan, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request and may refund or adjust the order if work has not started.

5. How to request a refund
